The owner is super sweet. The lobby is tasteful decorated and a singing bird The bed was very comfortable & the room reasonably priced. It was very spacious, with a small sitting area with armchair and big screen tv we very much enjoyed our stay
This is the best Hotel experience I have ever had. Ive always loved the practicality of super 8, and I have stayed at many. This was the best ever! Better than some of the hotels I've stayed at. The owners are very personable, and you feel more like you are in a privately owned hotel, rather than a chain. We stayed at Kingswood Super 8 before, but this one in Cleveland is way, way better, as it is way cleaner and more comfortable over all! Even if I'm 15 miles away, I would still stay at this motel over others, b/c the experience was just that good. Neitha, the owner is extremely personable, kind, and compassionate. She works hard to ensure her business is meeting her standards, and it shows.
The lady that runs this place is absolutely amazing, a kind soul that is hard to find these days. Go by and show her some love. She definitely deserves it. The place is well kept and clean. Has truck parking on site and a lot adjoining theirs if the Chinese food place is closed.
We stayed here while our semi was being repaired. The room was very nice. Everything was clean, the water was hot and the bathtub worked. Walmart and restaurants right there. They don't have a breakfast, but we were fine with just having coffee in our room. The owner is the nicest woman. We would definitely stay here again.
The lady at the front desk was very nice, accommodating, and willing to make my stay as nice as she could. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is right by Walmart and other food options. If I come back through Cleveland I will stay here again.
I pulled in there at 2:00 in the morning. The people met me at the door. Very nice folks. I just can't say enough about these folks and the place that they are running. Close to Walmart close to food. I will go there again anytime I'm in the area thank you very much for having me
Welll being a truck driver sometimes u have to get a room for a weekend to wait for a load this was the perfect place! The lady that owns it is absolutely amazing and has great truck parking! When we got there I had laundry to do and her dryer does not work well so she took out clothes and dried them in her commercial dryer and sat them outside our door ! Once we where there for two night we didn’t have to start the truck back up Walmart was walking distance since we cooked on our grill and there is also plenty of restaurants to walk to! If we have to stay near here again we will definitely be staying there with her! One of the best experiences in a hotel I have had as a truck driver! Definitely feels like staying with family with no drama!
